Terms & Conditions – “Unleash Your Limit, ROG Gaming Gear Cashback”
This promotion – “Unleash Your Limit, ROG Gaming Gear Cashback” will be executed by ASUS Global Pte. Ltd. (“ASUS”) and eligible Partners. The customers accept the following terms and conditions (“T&C”) by their participation (article 9: “Approval”).1. Legal conditions
This information about refund and participation, combined with the ASUS Terms of Use Notice and the ASUS Privacy Policy, are the basis of these T&Cs. By participating in the promotion, the customer agrees to these T&Cs. ASUS is allowed to change these T&Cs with proper communication and announcement. Participants are obliged to accept these changes.2. Promotion period and setting
The promotion begins at 00:01 Central European Time (“CET”) on 27th April 2026 and ends at 23:59 CET on 12th July 2026 (“Promotion period”). The promotional product(s) (see promotional products) need(s) to be bought from one participating dealers (see participating dealers list below) within the “Promotion period” and “Promotion area”. All purchases from participating dealers within the “Promotion area” are allowed to claim. The Participants’ invoice/receipt must state the date of purchase and a valid billing address. All valid promotional products (attachment “promotional products”) have to be purchased between 27th April 2026 and 12th July 2026 online or at a store in the promotion area (attachment “promotion area”).3. Right to participate
ASUS employees, employees from ASUS affiliates and/or partners or cooperating companies and agencies, dealers, distributors and their employees/relatives are not eligible to participate in the promotion. Moreover, corporate/commercial customers are not allowed to claim in this promotion. Participants need to be residents of a country in the “Promotion area”. The participation is free of charge.4. Subject and rules of participation
By participating in this promotion, participants may receive a bonus in form of a monetary value in the currency of the applicable promotion area, stated in the attachment. The participant needs to buy at least one valid “promotional product” within the “promotional period” in the “promotion area” from one of the eligible partners in the participants country of residence and needs to claim between 00:01 (“CET) on 11th May 2026 until 23:59 (“CET) on 26th July 2026 via the ASUS online form, set here: https://promotion.asus.com/en/ch/unleash-your-limit-2026 The form needs to be filled completely and properly, stating personal information, a valid invoice of the merchant (from which the promotional product(s) was/were bought), serial number of the ASUS product and valid detailed bank account details. Furthermore, the participant needs to upload a valid invoice. Personal invoice information (name, address) has to correspond to the redemption information submitted. The participation requires a user registration to the official ASUS VIP Account. You can find the registration form here: https://account.asus.com/ After examination and approval of the application, ASUS will transfer the participant’s bonus to the specified bank account provided by the customer. This process can take up to 90 working days. Should a transfer attempt by ASUS or its appointed agents fail, ASUS is not obliged to make another attempt. If a participant is not permitted to accept money transactions because of national or international laws or restrictions of his financial service providers or financial service provider of ASUS or its authorized agents, this will lead to the immediate exclusion from the promotion. ASUS or its authorized agents are not obliged to inform the customer. Money will only be transferred, as long as the participant is also the owner of the bank account. Invoices must be corresponding to local legal requirements. The Promotion cannot be combined with a different ASUS promotion except “ROG Referral Program” .5. Promotional products
It is necessary to buy a participating product or product bundle stated on the “promotional products” list. Lent, leased, sample or used products are excluded from the promotion. A delivery note, receipt or an order confirmation of a sales platform (note this when buying on the internet) are not a sufficient proof of purchase. Products that violate the intellectual property of ASUS or its affiliates in any way, are excluded from the promotion. Every participant is only allowed to claim one (1) eligible item from each product category, with a maximum total of six (6) eligible products during the promotion. Any double claim attempts found might cause all related promotion claims to be disqualified. If the participant returns his promotional product, the promotion claim will be cancelled. Already paid-out claims have to be refunded to ASUS, plus an additional €75.00 handling fee. Next to this, ASUS will take legal steps against fraudulent or abusive attempts. The promotion cannot be combined with a different ASUS promotion. The participant has to purchase from a dealer in his residential country.6. Redemption
The participant receives a confirmation email after the submission of his claim. By successfully passing the validation process the participant will receive his bonus as monetary value and a referral code to enter “ROG Referral Program” for more bonus follow by valid referral actions (More details for “ROG Referral Program” as section 10). The validation process can take up to 20 working days. In case of missing or non-valid proof of purchase, the customer will be notified via email to the email address provided during the online registration process; consequently, the customer will have seven (7) days to send a valid proof of purchase. Should the promoter not receive the above-mentioned documentation within 7 days, the application will be rejected. It is the customer’s responsibility to check, periodically, all inboxes, including the SPAM folder, to ensure the correct receipt of all communications. If the participant has not received his cashback within 90 days after registration, it is the responsibility of the participant to contact the support team via asus@markenmehrwert.com to initiate an investigation. The customer has the opportunity to check his claim status on his user profile on https://promotion.asus.com7. Early termination
ASUS reserve the right to discontinue or terminate the Promotion at any time, after proper communication and announcement with 10 days advance notice if there happen to be malfunctions, disruptions, frauds, viruses or similar incidents and if administration, security, fairness, integrity or the procedure of the Promotion are affected. There are no options or demands following the early termination.8. Data privacy
The Participants agree for ASUS to keep their personal data such as names, addresses, and other information listed in the ASUS online form through this promotion and under the ASUS Privacy Policy: http://www.asus.com/Terms_of_Use_Notice_Privacy_Policy/Privacy_Policy ASUS is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We endeavor to comply with all applicable laws on privacy protection and personal information security. If you would like to delete your information or have any inquiries about your information collected by ASUS, you may contact ASUS through privacy@asus.com to process such request.9. Approval
By submitting the registration form, the participant declares that he has taken note of and agrees to these conditions of participation. ASUS reserves the right to change or correct these terms and conditions at any time. If the participant does not accept the change of the conditions of participation, he can withdraw his registration by sending an e-mail to asus@markenmehrwert.com. Recourse to the courts is not permitted. Any claims for damages to ASUS and its employees or vicarious agents in connection with the promotion, for whatever legal reason, are limited to cases of intent or gross negligence to the extent permitted by law. The terms of conditions as well as the participation itself are subject to the local law. Place of jurisdiction is Amsterdam in Netherland.10. Additional deal: “ROG Referral Program” subject and rules of participation
By participating in referral program, participants may receive a referral reward in form of a monetary value in the currency of the applicable promotion area, stated in the attachment. The participant must join the “Unleash Your Limit, ROG Gaming Gear Cashback ” and submit a valid claim during the “promotional period” in the “promotion area” from one of the eligible partners in the participants country of residence between 00:01 (“CET) on 11th May 2026 until 23:59 (“CET) on 26th July 2026. This enable participants to receive a unique referral code from ASUS to become a referrer and commence referral actions. Each referral code is uniquely assigned to a specific participant account. Referrer may receive referral reward for each successful referral. To be verified as successful referral, the referee must enter a referral code provided by another referrer during each cashback redemption in the “Unleash Your Limit, ROG Gaming Gear Cashback ” promotion within the “promotional period” in the “promotion area”. Referees will also receive 10% of the cashback amount redeemed based on the monetary value. Referrers are prohibited from using their own referral codes during the cashback promotion period. Referral reward for referees will be transferred together with their cashback. To qualify for the reward, the redemption must include a valid referral code from a referrer. Redemptions without a referral code will not be eligible for referral rewards. Referral rewards for referrers will be consolidated by ASUS after the conclusion of the “Unleash Your Limit, ROG Gaming Gear Cashback” promotion on 26th July 2026. Referrers will receive their monetary rewards upon successful completion and verification of referral actions. After the conclusion of the “Unleash Your Limit, ROG Gaming Gear Cashback” promotion, ASUS will transfer referrer’s referral reward to the specified bank account registered during “Unleash Your Limit, ROG Gaming Gear Cashback”. This process can take up to 90 working days. Should a transfer attempt by ASUS or its appointed agents fail, ASUS is not obliged to make another attempt.
